You’ll be initiating and heading all Health-Thing data science challenges. Ultimate goal – build an automated system that’s able to harmonize experiences from user all over the world, translate these into practical insights which are shared with users based on their profile. Based on user interactions this process is continuously improved and optimized. Data on Health-Thing is both structured and unstructured (a lot of free text).

Your role is to head the development of v2 of the Health-Thing social learning platform. Based on the learnings we gained with operationalizing v1 you will architect v2 and head the front and back-end development of the platform. Purpose, an online platform that’s scalably deployable in multiple countries, able to onboard large numbers of users. As we continuously develop new features, new games for improved engagement and learning v2 should also be able to embed these seemlessly and personalize the offer to users across the board.

We initiated a special project with world known illustrator www.hedof.com. The amazing visual he created is just amazing and so perfectly reflects the first project we put our teeth in.
All new hires become Health-Thing brand ambasssadors from the start. This visual is printed on a hoodie and t-shirt and gifted to you on your first day at Health-Thing.
We love co-designing our way through it. It makes us understand our target groups and it makes us design things that matter without spending means on unnessesary projects. And it’s fun, always. It’s your role to take the lead in this. From applying proven methods to out of the box ones, and translating the findings into new designs, features and animations/motion graphics.
You can go all out, nothing is too crazy!
It’s all about engagement of users. They need to value Health-Thing. Asides online engagement on the social learning platform we also engage them through interactive sessions. Primarily online and occassionaly offline. You take the lead in this, experiment with new forms of engagement based on what they value. You’re the one with the closest link to the users. Which makes you the GO TO person for others to brainstorm with.

Bedacht door de huidige stagiaire (CMD) en aan jou om helemaal los te gaan met toffe content. Je bedenkt het, maar het en gelijk gaat het de wijde wereld in. Denk aan video, mixed media motion graphics & animaties. De Wondere Dagen pak je ook op. Kleine lofi games/opdrachten, of net iets meer om de gebruikers spelenderwijs te laten leren. Wat jij maakt zetten we gelijk in op het platform. Je ontwerpt altijd vanuit de doelgroep.
